Tasks

• Each year we take on graduates across a range of disciplines which can include Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sustainability and & environment to name but a few. As we are beginning this recruitment campaign some 9 months before start date other disciplines may be required. It is a dynamic situation.
• All our graduates join us in a specific department in which your particular area of expertise will be developed. Alongside that you will embark upon a 15 month Programme, with all the graduates - a programme designed to build and enhance your professionalism as well as furnishing you with qualifications essential for your further growth - for example APM, IOSH, etc and working with you towards a professional qualification/chartership.

• Once we receive your application, you will be asked to complete some on line tests and from those we will select, in late January/early February, our shortlisted candidates for attendance at an Assessment Centre
  
  

Qualifications

• You must have no more than 12 months post graduate work experience
• You will be able to demonstrate a Masters or 2:1
• Ideally, you will have a RTW in the UK
