About the Heath & Safety Graduate Programme
Our Health and Safety Graduate Programme is an exciting and focused scheme designed to develop future health and safety leaders at Cranswick. Through targeted modules, you will work across key areas of our business, collaborating with Group functions and site teams to gain hands-on experience and industry insights into risk management. Supported by expert mentorship and tailored training, this programme equips you with the skills and knowledge to excel in a Health and Safety Coordinator role, contributing to the continued safety, sustainability, and innovation of our business operations.

Step 1: If your application is successful you'll be invited for a virtual interview within a couple of weeks of the application being received.
Step 2: Following this, successful candidates will be invited to a second stage in-person interview at one of our sites.
Step 3: Successful candidates will join the business on a Graduate Scheme in April 2025.
