In this role you will add value to PXP by:

You will be a vital part of our growth strategy, working closely with multiple stakeholders to drive lead generation, expand market presence, and enhance customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable marketing initiatives and deliver measurable results.

A typical week as a Growth Marketing Manager might involve:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns that support sales and business development goals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify target audiences and create tailored marketing strategies.
• Optimize digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, to generate high-quality leads.
• Create compelling content and materials to support sales efforts, including presentations, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry developments.
• Build and nurture relationships with strategic partners to expand brand visibility and reach.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a proven track record in B2B marketing, preferably within payments, fintech, or a related industry.
• Excels in creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Is highly skilled in data analysis, with the ability to use insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Has excellent communication and storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and content.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is driven by achieving ambitious goals.

• Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Expertise in using marketing automation tools and systems to manage campaigns and track performance.
• Knowledge of account-based marketing strategies.
• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
