Experience & Skills we are looking for:
- 3-5 years in growth / performance marketing roles
- Professional or academic analytical / quantitative background. e.g. STEM degree
- Evidence of delivering ongoing and sustained improvement in organic and paid marketing channels through creative optimisation, targeting optimisation and channel optimisation
- Familiarity with tools and strategies for driving customer acquisition & retention
- Strong skills in data analysis to measure campaign effectiveness, optimise strategies, and understand customer behaviours
- Previous experience in B2C digital businesses and/or fast-paced scale-up environments
- Fintech experience valued but not essential
- SQL preferred
What you will do:
- Own, manage and optimise the performance of all Workplace Loans channels
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, Data & Credit to design, run, analyze and optimise multiple experiments across multiple channels (in-app, email, CRM etc.)
- Own analysis of all B2C Marketing activities

Salary: Dependant on experience, salaries range from £60,000 - 70,000 + bonus & equity
Working Policy: We operate a hybrid policy; you’ll be in our beautiful London office 3 days a week, with flexibility to work from home.
