Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Go-To-Market Strategy Manager to lead our efforts in identifying, prioritizing, and capturing new business opportunities. This strategic role will focus on aligning our go-to-market approach with customer needs, business objectives, and market trends. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented, and an expert in creating systems that empower decision-makers to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Market and Use Case Analysis:

• Develop a deep understanding of relevant customer use cases and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive revenue growth.
  
  

Prioritization And Tracking

• Identify and evaluate key priorities across the business.
• Establish frameworks for determining how to approach opportunities and measure progress against strategic goals.
  
  

Metrics Definition

• Design and implement metrics or models that provide visibility into sales performance and areas for expansion.
• Ensure key decision-makers have access to real-time insights to guide strategic initiatives.
  
  

Analytical Expertise

• Leverage data analytics to evaluate business performance, refine strategies, and drive decision-making.
• Provide clear reporting on metrics and outcomes tied to go-to-market initiatives.
  
  

Account Penetration And Strategic Hiring

• Develop strategies for account penetration that optimize resource allocation and hiring priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align day-to-day operations with broader strategic goals.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in go-to-market strategy, business development, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and CRM platforms.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Experience designing systems and processes to improve visibility and decision-making at scale.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
