The Role

• Support your team during busy services to create positive energy and a productive environment.
• Work independently managing a demanding section of the kitchen
• Ability to remain calm during pressurised services
• Eye for detail with the ability to execute our dishes to the highest standard
• Show determination to deliver the best product and demonstrate commitment and passion on every shift to inspire those around you
• Demonstrate a desire to push culinary boundaries and learn new skills and techniques to deliver new and unique dishes
