Head of Credit Risk & Analytics – London (minimum 3 days per week) – Exclusive Search

I am currently working on a retained & exclusive search for a Head of Credit Risk & Analytics for a banking client of mine who specialise within property lending. The role is suited to someone who has operated at Senior Manager or Head of level and someone who is ready to be hands on, drive strategic change and shape the Credit Risk function within the business.

Below include the key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Lending/Credit Policy to enable the business to meet regulatory requirements
• Provide oversight of risk policies
• Develop & maintain the risk appetite framework
• Develop the businesses methodology for the reporting of Credit Risk & Financial Risks to Exco
• Experience working in a Credit Risk Analytics capacity within Residential Mortgage or Property Lending
• Ideally some Underwriting oversight/challenge experience (but this is not essential)
• Credit Risk Modelling experience (developing PD & LGD models)
• Experience within an Analytical role is essential
