What you will be doing:
In this role, you will sit within the Data Office leadership team and lead the Group's data transformation journey, acting as the senior lead in transformation for data as the Group significantly increases its data capabilities in line with its vision.
Ensuring that the needs of the business are well understood and transformed into actions for the variety of teams and individuals that will work in the data POD as transformation progresses.

This role can be based in Chatham or Wolverhampton and travel will be expected to our Chatham and Wolverhampton offices with presence in London being required on a more frequent basis
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £120,000 - £150,000 and a competitive benefits package including:
