Our client is a Private Equity backed multi-site business based in central London. The business is experiencing, strong and profitable growth and continues to make both domestic and international acquisitions in what remains a highly fragmented market.

Description

Due to the continued organic and inorganic growth of the business, a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis is being recruited to improve commercial capacity within the finance function. This person will report to the Group CFO and work closely with C-suite and key stakeholders across the business in strategic planning and decision making. As well as leading the annual budgeting process and developing long-term financial plans, they will be responsible for developing and maintaining the long-term financial model for the Group.

Due to the impressive growth of the business, a key responsibility of the role will be developing the capacity for insight across the Group, optimising available data for commercial improvement. With plans for continued growth, this is a key hire to ensure the financial sustainability of the business model, as well as to assist the CFO and Executive Chairman in steering Group strategy going forward.

Skills

The successful candidate for this Head of Financial Planning & Analysis role will be a qualified accountant with significant post-qualified experience within financial planning and analysis. This person will ideally have experience within a private equity backed business, in addition to an M&A oriented environment, as this will be invaluable for working on both organic and inorganic strategies for growth.

It is essential that candidates have strong communication skills as well as the ability to operate at, and present to, Board level. Experience within a multi-site business would be desirable.
