📍 Location: Remote (with travel to Service Centres across the UK)

Your Mission

Reporting to the Head of Transport, you’ll spearhead the planning and customer experience performance of our diverse fleet of 100+ HGVs, lorry loader cranes, tankers, and third-party providers. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and customer excellence across our UK network of Service Centres.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading logistics projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Driving health and safety initiatives, influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
• Building strong partnerships with maintenance suppliers and overseeing fleet procurement.
• Optimising fleet performance and planning, while reducing reliance on third-party providers.
• Monitoring KPIs, driver performance, and initiating improvement opportunities.
• Developing training plans for your team to keep them ahead of industry trends.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in senior logistics management across multisite operations.
• Expertise in transport planning, TMS software, and driver management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence change and drive results.
• CPC Transport Management qualification (refreshed in the last 5 years).
• Desirable: Experience in modular space solutions or manufacturing logistics.
