What you will be doing:
The role will lead on developing marketing strategy to support the delivery of business growth in both domestic and commercial markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of experienced marketing professionals who deliver creative campaigns across various channels.
On a daily basis you’ll be responsible for:
• Leadership - Develop and inspire high performing teams through effective leadership and communication
• Strategic thinking – Ability to create long-term plans based on insight into market trends and customer needs
• Commercial acumen – Understanding of how to use data and insights to drive ROI focused activity
• Campaign planning and execution – Oversee the development and implementation of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, social media, PR, events, and experiential marketing
• Stakeholder management – Manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Budget control – Effective budget management ensuring ROI targets are met
• Customer engagement – Deliver best practice customer journey mapping to ensure consistent, relevant and compelling communications at every stage of the customer lifecycle
• Brand building – Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and develop new initiatives to strengthen the Baxi brand
About you:
We want to make sure you’re set up for success in our mission. To be successful in your application you’ll need to;
• Experience of working within a large organisation or complex matrix structure
• Proven track record in delivering successful integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client/agency relationships
• Highly developed strategic thinking and planning skills
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent people management skills and experience of coaching and developing a team
•A professional marketing qualification eg.CIM
