We’re seeking an experienced
Head of Sales to lead our IT Managed Services sales team and shape the marketing strategy for our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership: Drive growth in IT support, Service Desk, and managed services, with a focus on the aviation sector (airports/airlines).
- Marketing Strategy: Define and execute marketing initiatives to support sales growth and position the business as an industry leader.
- Innovation: Develop technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and reduce costs for clients.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers in large corporations.
- Team Development: Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT Managed Services sales (5+ in aviation IT support).
- Proven expertise in IT support, including passenger processing systems (kiosks, bag-drop, boarding gates).
- Strong strategic, leadership, and innovation skills.
- Experience in developing integrated sales and marketing strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
