Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Growth: Lead sales efforts for IT support, Service Desk, and managed services within the aviation sector, including airports, airlines, and passenger processing systems.
- Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute targeted marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and support sales goals.
- Client Engagement: Build and sustain strong relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
- Innovate Solutions: Work with teams to design and deliver technology-based products that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Leadership: Develop and inspire high-performing sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in IT Managed Services sales, with at least 5 years focused on the aviation industry.
- Proven experience in delivering IT support for passenger processing systems like kiosks, bag-drop, and boarding gates.
- Strong background in Service Desk provision, dispatch services, and IT innovation.
- Demonstrated success in integrating sales and marketing strategies to drive growth.
- Exceptional leadership and client relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Marketing (MBA preferred).
