The Ideal Candidate Will
- Have a strong track record of working as part of a Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead school improvement and raise educational standards for all children.
- Have an excellent knowledge of curriculum development from Early Years through to Year 6 (this is particularly important in our school where we have mixed age classes)
- Enjoy developing, coaching and supporting team members to ensure they provide the best possible education and care for our pupils.
- Align to the mission, vision and values of the school.
- Be approachable and accessible to all staff, pupils and parents, demonstrating empathy and compassion.
- Have a strong knowledge base and extensive experience of supporting children with SEND.
- Is willing and able to get involved in all areas of school life showing flexibility and adaptability.
