About The Role
Are you passionate about supporting primary school students and making a real difference in their learning journey?
All Faiths Childrens Academy is excited to offer an opportunity for a dedicated HLTA to join our supportive and dynamic team. In this role, youll work closely with class teachers to inspire and empower students, helping them to reach their full potential. Youll promote independence, boost self-esteem, and champion social inclusion, ensuring every pupil has the chance to thrive.
Youll also have the chance to lead and cover class teaching across the academy, guiding other adults to support student learning effectively. Your role will include contributing to assessments, monitoring progress, and helping to shape plans that ensure the success of all students. Were looking for someone who can support teachers in raising achievement, particularly for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
