Kelly Group is currently looking to recruit the very best talent and have a unique opportunity for Hoist Drivers to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be working on our CityFibre contract.

In Your Role You Will Be Responsible For

• Attending sites and providing support to field operatives using Mobile Elevated Working Platforms (MEWP).
• Working at heights to provide Fibre connection to customer premises.
• Adhering to Health and Safety legislation.
• Working as an individual and as a part of team to achieve targets and KPI’s.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safe driving practices.
  
  

Key Skills And Experience

• Must hold a full UK driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on your licence.
• Hold a valid IPAF 1B qualification.
• Have extensive experience of working within telecommunications.
• Risk assessment and hazard identification and a strong focus on Health and Safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
