Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Home Manager located in the Reading area - excellent daily rate dependant on experience.

As a Care Home Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for residents, managing staff, and handling administrative tasks to maintain a safe and supportive environment. You will also be supporting bed occupancy goals and have an engaging positive credible management style.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience in healthcare or social services
• Organizational and decision-making skills
• Experienced Care Home Manager - Specialist Clinical or Elderly Care
• Engaging and positive with a outgoing proactive management style
• RGN or other clinical qualifications would be useful but are not essential

With an immediate start for an initial 12 week contract to cover the recruitment of a new permanent post this is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive care home group with multiple locations across the country - extensions or other opportunities are likely to be available.
