We’re looking for a forward-thinking Area Manager to join our team. This role is about so much more than ticking boxes—it’s about leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive.
- Location: Managing an area remotely, with regular travel to Hackney, West and East London, Clacton, and Cambridgeshire.
- Salary: Up to £45,625 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 per week
- Interview Date: Wednesday 15th January, Essex

- Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, giving them the tools and confidence to deliver amazing service.
- Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change.
- Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents stay independent and connected.
- Find opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet the highest standards.
