Joining SafeHR as a HR Advisor you'll be responsible for advising a portfolio of clients across different industries, helping them with employment documentation and providing general HR advice and support.
If you're someone with hands on HR experience with a CIPD qualification under their belt, you love working with a varied workload and want help our customers on their journey to a safer world - this might be the role for you!
What That Means Day To Day
- Provide HR advice to a variety of clients across different sectors, this could vary from supporting with updating employment documents like contracts, employee handbooks, company policies, to more generalist HR advice via phone, email and video calls.
- Maintain up to date industry and employment law knowledge, ensuring you are able to support clients in line with any legislative changes.
- Maintain and update all relevant systems to ensure accurate and efficient recording of HR advice provided to clients.
- Proactively seek to understand the customer needs, and identify opportunities to optimise the client account through additional product add-ons.
- Plan and manage your own workload in conjunction with the HR Technical Team Manager aligned with client portfolio expectations.
- Work with a variety of the Alcumus teams to develop, grow and maintain relationships to improve and drive a consistent approach to customers.
- Work with the HR Technical Team Manager and wider business to identify and work towards opportunities for improvement.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
You will have worked in a HR Advisory position previously and will demonstrate a sound knowledge of employment law and advising on best HR practice. You will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in HR and employee relations.
You will have the ability to think and operate in a fast paced environment, with a proven track record of delivering first class service and managing stakeholder relations. Experience in customer services via phone call and email support is also desirable.
