Are you an experienced HR professional ready to make a difference? We are seeking an ethusiastic HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people processes, employee relations and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Assistsnt HR Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our organisstion during a period of change.
As part of your role as a HR Advisor you will be expected to:
- Build strong relationships with managers at all levels to foster effective employee relations.
- Offer expert advice and support on formal people processess.
- Lead absence management across the business by working proactively with managers to address issues, offering coaching, advice and support.
- Manage occupational health referrals.
- Monitor, review and update HR policies and procedures ensuring alignment with current legislation.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
- Proven experience in HR advisory roles with a focus on employee relations, absence management and operational HR services.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems with ability to manage updates, reporting and training.
- Experitise in HR policies, employment law and best practices.
