This is a temporary opportunity for 9-12months. The successful HR Assistant will support our Agriculture business with approximately 400 employees across multiple sites in Northern Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their HR career.
The HR Assistant will play a key role in delivering against a number of key HR objectives within a fast paced HR team. Some of the activity you will get involved in will cover;
- Employee database management
- Managing attendance
- Employee Engagement, Long Service and Employee Recognition
- Recruitment
The hours of work are;
Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Friday's 8.45am to 3.45pm - a 37.5 hour working week.
