HR Business Partner, Associate Director

Our client, a high performing Asset Manager, is seeking to expand their team with an additional HR Business Partner due to ongoing business growth. In this role, you will collaborate with Investment professionals, offering comprehensive HR support to drive their people strategy and contribute to wider HR transformation initiatives, supporting the company's ongoing expansion and commitment to HR excellence.

A proactive, hands-on approach is essential, particularly in advancing DEI, talent, and data initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Asset Management or Private Clients, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving landscape.
