DWF is recruiting for an HR Data Analyst to come and join the team in our Manchester office on a hybrid basis.
The HR Data Analyst will play a key role in the maintenance of our global people data and our HR technology ecosystem. This role will collaborate with the wider HR team, IT, Finance, Risk and other crucial stakeholders across the business to ensure the integrity of our people data and to deliver meaningful insights to help inform and drive strategy.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of global people data across the HR technology ecosystem. This role also involves identifying trends, patterns and inconsistencies in data. Other responsibilities include collecting, compiling and analysing HR data and metrics from various sources such as HRIS, payroll outputs and surveys. You will also be required to design, develop and maintain HR reports, conduct trend analysis to provide insights and recommendations as well as developing dashboards to track key HR metrics.
Additionally you will conduct market research to provide external benchmarking, acting as the first point of contact for requests from internal & external stakeholders and collaborating with IT to maintain integrations for seamless dataflow across the systems.

Essential
- Previous experience working with HR Data.
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills (Pivot Tables/V-Lookups)
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in HR systems such as Bob, ICIMS, Access & ADP.
- Experience of system integrations and data migration projects.
