The HR Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient coordination of multiple payroll processes across Europe, working closely with the Finance team to align payroll activities with financial operations. This individual will also be responsible for managing the HR Monthly Management Information (MIP) Pack, providing insightful and accurate data to support strategic decision-making.

Your key responsibilities will be:
Payroll Coordination:
- Manage and coordinate multiple payroll processes across various European countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance team to reconcile payroll data and ensure accurate reporting.
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations.
- Collate information required for the monthly payroll process, including overtime, unpaid sickness / absences, pension, benefits, bonuses, salary changes, starters and leavers, address and bank details changes etc.
- Support the administration of the annual salary review process.
- Point of contact regarding payroll queries in Europe.
HR Management Information (MIP):
- Develop and maintain the HR Monthly MI Pack, providing accurate and timely data insights to stakeholders.
- Analyse HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and compensation trends to support strategic initiatives.
- Present data in a clear, actionable format, utilizing advanced Excel functions and visualization tools.
HR Systems & Data Management:
- Maintain and optimize HR systems to ensure data integrity and usability.
- Support the implementation of HR technologies or system upgrades when appropriate.
- Provide training and support to HR and Finance teams on system functionalities.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
HR Team and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with the HR teams to align processes and enhance data accuracy.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities with the VP HR.
- Maintain the offline company Organisation chart.
- Support ad-hoc HR and Finance projects as needed.
What Experience Do You Need
- Written and Spoken English
- Proven experience coordinating payroll across multiple European countries.
- Strong proficiency in HR systems and advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization, Power BI).
- Experience managing HR data and producing management information reports.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across functions.
- Knowledge of European labor laws and payroll regulations.
- A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions
- Ability to communicate confidently, succinctly and logically both verbal and in writing
