About The Role

As a Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process for both employees and contractors across all business areas. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment of the best talent, both permanent and temporary, and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle.

From talent sourcing to candidate placement, you will provide expert advice on staffing solutions, ensuring we meet workforce needs while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Your Day to Day

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs for both employees and contractors across all functions.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent staff and contractors.
  • Advise on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies, aligning recruitment activities with the business’ growth and operational needs.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates, providing an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage contractor compliance, including IR35 assessments and contract management.
  • Implement best practices for recruitment and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements for both permanent and contract hires.
  • Report on recruitment progress and metrics.
  • Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes, candidate experience, and diversity in hiring.

Qualifications, Experience & Training

  • GCSE Maths & English or recruitment/ HR related qualification
  • Significant experience in recruitment, inhouse is desired
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and the ability to advise hiring managers on staffing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment management tools.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of pre hire checks, recruitment compliance, and industry best practices.
  • Desired - Understanding of contractor compliance, including IR35 regulations, and experience in processing contractors.
