What We’re Looking For: 

🎓 Qualifications: CIPD Level 7 (or working towards)  

📈 Experience: Experience and exposure working in either a shared service or partnering capacity

• Demonstrated expertise in HR Business Partnering and managing HR Shared Services. 
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and achieving impactful results. 
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and innovative HR practices. 
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organisation. 
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach, adept at balancing strategic goals with operational demands.
