Job Title: HR Support Officer (Part Time – 22.5 hours a week over 3 days)

Location: Preston. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £28,000 FTE (This salary will be then pro rated)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including collecting, organising, and distributing information to support team functions
  • Coordinate presentations, prepare reports, and gather data to assist in achieving team and departmental goals
  • Provide operational guidance on a range of people processes, including onboarding, offboarding, purchase orders, and cost report preparation, to both the HR team and line managers
  • Offer organisational support to team members, assisting with course coordination and responding to queries
  • Collaborate closely with HR Manager, Heads, Partners, and Advisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop a growing understanding of people processes, procedures, and the company’s operations

Your Skills And Experiences

  • Familiarity with HR systems with excellent administration skills
  • Confident in using Excel to manage and manipulate data
  • Some exposure within a Human Resources function would be advantageous
  • Eagerness to develop a career in HR and grow within the field
  • Knowledge of Success Factors is beneficial
  • Willingness to learn Tableau (for data dashboards) and Qualtrics (for survey data)
