Description
Our Technical Implementation team forms a critical step in the path to delivering a fantastic customer experience, leading the full implementation of our global activ8 system from requirement gathering and data collection through to system configuration and user testing. Whether the customer wants to use one of our ready to go configurations, or is looking for a customised, bespoke solution, our team works to ensure a consistent high standard of delivery, and our team will support the successful delivery of that end to end process.
Our client base is global, so you will have the added dimension of working with a diverse customer base with a host of individual requirements, which keeps every day interesting.
And now for the technical bit...
- You'll be leading a broad cross functional team managing the onboarding of new clients globally, with a focus on delivering a seamless implementation of our own proprietary HR software, activ8, as well as creating and testing custom reports for our customers.
- You'll work closely with our Payroll Onboarding, Project Management and Technology teams to help ensure customers are ready to go-live with their system requirements
- You'll support with and drive process improvements and efficiencies within the Technical Implementation team
- You'll act as the customer escalation point for any challenges, or as a champion for best practice
Does this sound like you?
- Solutions focussed technical expert with experience in supporting HRIS and/ or payroll applications
- Experience in managing multi-discipline teams, able to act as coach and mentor and building high performance teams
- Experience in business process mapping, and gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
- Experience in writing technical specifications and a wizard on all things MS Word, Visio and Excel
- Fantastic customer service skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and build great relationships with clients
