The HTPEM Test Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the testing and validation of hydrogen fuel cell systems within the organization. This position not only focuses on running effective tests but also on creating a robust testing strategy that aligns with our long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies for HTPEM systems
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all HTPEM testing activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with product development milestones
  • Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations for design improvements
  • Establish guidelines and procedures for safe testing practices and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage and mentor a team of test engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all testing activities and results


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or a related field); Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in testing and validation roles, preferably in the fuel cell or aerospace industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing test teams and overseeing complex testing projects
  • Strong understanding of hydrogen fuel cell technology and HTPEM systems
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation of test results
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to fuel cell testing
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to travel as needed to support testing efforts and stakeholder engagement
