IBA Carrier Manager - London Market

Miryco Consultants is working with a renowned London Broker to find someone to join their IBA team as an IBA Carrier Manager in their Brighton office.

This role liaises with the IBA carrier teams and wider IBA teams within the business. You will be responsible for technical escalation.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Managers in team development and supporting support communication between IBA carrier teams, broking businesses, and insurers, ensuring optimal service levels.
• Improve relationships and processes between IBA teams and organise key insurer meetings.
• Monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring the team meets performance targets.
• Provide regular updates to management on progress, projects, and insurer issues.
• Coordinate credit control and settlement requests from insurers.
• Assist in resolving premium queries and conducting performance reviews with insurers.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Insurance Broker Accounts.
• Experience within the London Market.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Understanding of legal principles within insurance.
