Job Purpose:
Our new Identity Access Management Auditor will work closely with the Governance and Compliance Manager to create an IAM roadmap, implementing tools to improve our capability and functionality in this area whilst driving continual improvement around user experience and the service.
This role will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the whole of CEF to provide guidance and advocacy of IAM controls, helping improve compliance within the organisation. You will be the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all Identity Access Management activities on a day-to-day basis, providing support for all IAM services and processes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record working in Identity Access Management roles - you'll be working as a trusted advisor to the Governance and Compliance Manager, key stakeholders and the central point of contact for the wider business on all things IAM
- Excellent Communications skills - you'll be working with the wider security team to foster a culture of continuous security awareness and upskilling for all our colleagues across the business
- Previous experience implementing, developing and maintaining IAM tools like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Saviynt or SailPoint
- Ability to develop IAM strategies from discovery and requirement gathering through to deployment
- Whilst this role is predominantly home based, you must be willing to travel to Durham and other UK sites as and when required
Beneficial Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge or experience of IAM across cloud platforms
- Proven experience of utilising Information Security principles and best practices such as ISO 27001, NIST, NCSC, PCI DSS requirements and other regulatory obligations, with experience of applying them within a PAM context
