The Role:

As our image Co-ordinator, you will support image management and workflow, working closely with production and post production teams as well as a range of internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all e-commerce and campaign imagery, reviewing and selecting assets produced. Supporting the team to deliver the high quality images to tight deadlines. This role is fast paced and will require you to be confident in coordinating a high-volume workload and checking all digital assets pre and post retouch.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating workflow challenges and statuses to the Senior Visual Content Manager and propose resolution.
• Building and maintaining relationships with the Production, Post Production and wider marketing teams
• Selecting images for all shoots, Ensuring assets follow internal guidelines, are formatted and named accurately
• Responsible for communicating any image discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders
• Management of assets on a couple of platforms.
• Completing ad hoc requests and supporting teams as required.
• Responsible for the QA process
• Proposing process improvements to the Coordinating and QA process.
• Maintaining the quality of imagery online, regularly site walking to identify and rectify issues
• Supporting team KPIs and department SLAs to ensure seamless image management process
  
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working in production or asset co-ordination
• Have a strong understanding of the retouching process, including colour correction.
• Experience working under pressure, handling high volumes of requests or imagery with the ability to remain focused and delivering to strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, namely Photoshop
• Proactive and flexible attitude
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Problem solver with a can-do attitude
