The role of Improvement Analyst sits within the Customer Business Centre of Excellence, reporting to the Change Management Manager. The Improvement Analyst provides support and quality controls to the Customer Business change and incident management processes, particularly SAP and Cloud Based application platforms.
The Improvement Analyst will implement COE process improvements and provide expertise regarding SAP change management processes which support day-to-day operations. To ensure that the business solution performs effectively, the Improvement Analyst will provide coaching and training to team members on agile principles and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. They will provide expertise to improve planning, incident and change processes, and support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with all stipulated controls.
What you’ll be doing
Identifying issues through control reporting and analysis, producing change controls or incidents as necessary, the Improvement Analyst will input business/technological expertise to inform decisions on solution requirements.
The Improvement Analyst will be required to participate with Business and IT demand to identify and prioritise business requirements, develop business cases and be responsible for the project management of recommended solutions through to successful implementation with effective process controls in place.
