Salary: £22,000 - £24,000

The One Group has partnered with a forward-thinking technology organisation on the outskirts of Cambridge that’s expanding its IT team. We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join a close-knit team where every day brings a new challenge. Not only will you handle day-to-day IT support, but you’ll also have the chance to get involved in exciting projects and develop your skills in areas like Desktop Services and User Improvement Projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Delivering top-notch desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Managing tickets—logging, resolving, and escalating when needed.
• Ensuring new starters have the IT equipment they need to hit the ground running.
• Supporting laptops, PCs, and mobile devices.
• Contributing to IT projects that make a real impact on the business.

What makes you the perfect fit?

• Previous experience in an IT support role (internal or MSP).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• A strong customer focus and a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK without restrictions.
• Within a 40 minute commute of Cambridge
