An experienced Insurance Claims Building Surveyor is needed for a global Loss Adjuster, offering a salary of up to £60,000 per annum, along with an annual bonus, car or car allowance, 25 days holiday (with options to purchase additional holidays), flexi bank holidays, pension, life assurance, cash plan, dental plan, and medical insurance

The role involves managing general damage losses and complex building-related issues for various types of properties, with claims typically ranging from £20k to over £1m

Key duties include conducting site visits to assess damage, addressing Planning and Building Regulations issues, preparing testing reports, resolving complaints, and ensuring compliance performance

Candidates should have experience in the Insurance Claims sector, particularly with large complex losses, possess strong customer service skills, be knowledgeable about Health & Safety legislation, and have project management experience

Industry qualifications such as Chartered MRICS are preferred, and a full clean driving license is required for travel.
