About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-motivated individual to join our Internal Sales Team as an Internal Sales Co-Ordinator the main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answering pricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates; both written and verbal.
What will you be doing?
As the Internal sales Coordinator, you will act as the internal account manager for specific customers, managing their orders from cradle to grave.
On a Daily Basis Youll Be Responsible For
- To provide exceptional customer service when raising customer orders, or when answering pricing, stock & availability enquires, and delivery updates; both written and verbal
- To act as an internal account manager for specific customers, managing their order process from cradle to grave
- Orderbook management and reporting
- Process orders for all finished goods & spares, adhering to customer agreed SLAs and terms
- Respond to enquiries/orders providing accurate information and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with supply chain & distribution teams to expedite orders, and resolve potential customer issues
- Work closely with external sales team, supporting and responding to inbound customer enquiries, and potential sales opportunities
- Provide pre-sales product advice on all products within the Baxi heating portfolio
- Complete all sales associated administration tasks with efficiency and in a timely manner.
