Role Description
This is a full-time role for an International Payroll Supervisor at Emerald Technology, with a hybrid working style of every Tuesday and Wednesday working from home. The individual will be responsible for the following:
- International payroll position management and delivery of payments to foreign employees or independent contractors for the business.
- Manage the monthly payroll cycles and work closely with departments and global payroll providers
- Process payments using international bank accounts
- Process starters and leavers
- Process all payroll related taxes, pensions and benefits
- Capturing the payroll through journal uploads and reconciling the respective related balance sheet accounts.
- Review payroll reports for accuracy and reconcile any pay data discrepancies or errors
- Use payroll journals to raise client invoices, charging margin where applicable
- Reconcile monthly GP figures to ensure margin is in line with expectations.
- Release accruals and prepay costs where applicable
