What You’ll Do
Join a fun and flexible workplace where you’ll enhance your skills and build a solid professional foundation. As a Consulting Support Intern you will:
- Monitoring and liaising with consultants to enure time entry completion for revenue recognition, inline with Oracle policy
- Work closely with members of the consulting team to offer different ideas
- Be an active member of the team with the ability to draft documents and takepart in a wide variety of work
- Run contractor reports and liase with outside agencies
- Particpate in Training days
- Participate in a wide range of opportunities including; volunteering, training programs, wellbeing initiatives and much more
Work alongside oracle comms team with the following:
- Marketing our Oracle Consulting Wins and Go-Lives on various channels
- Creating imagery that helps illustrate our story (photoshop experience preferable)
- Managing and chasing stories from consultants/ sales reps
- Connecting the organisation through various communications such as: new starters posts, social impact intiatives
- Managing the end to end process of sales enablement planning, organising and executing
- Event management for both customer and internal events and Hybrid Calls to ensure they run smoothly on the day

- Undergraduate students completing a university placement programme
- Energetic, articulate and motivated students on course for a 2:1 degree or higher with the right attitude and aptitude to succeed in a fast-paced business
- Strong writing ability with a good attention to detail
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief and achievement-orientation
- A real team player
- Good time management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills, able to analyse data/situations and draw logical, evidence-based conclusions
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to self-manage, with strong organisational and planning skills
- Self-motivated to continuously expand personal and professional knowledge
- Not afraid to fail, not afraid to learn
- Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) preferably with experience in the Adobe suite( Photoshop, Premiere Pro and In design)
- Able to work to deadlines
