Investment Director (Wealth Management, HNW/UHNW)

Our client, a dynamic & prestigious Wealth Management firm, is seeking an experienced and innovative Investment Director to help drive the next stage of their growth. This role is perfect for a successful Investment Director who has a strong track record of client acquisition and management looking for a new challenge in an exciting and very stable environment. This is an opportunity to join an entrepreneurial team and in addition to client development & management, contribute to the evolution and successful execution of the firm’s long-term vision & strategy.

Role Highlights:

Growth & Acquisition: Actively seek and cultivate new client relationships through a well-established intermediary network and/or other routes to market.

Client Management Excellence: Deliver exceptional client service through effective client management, including KYC and suitability assessments.

Portfolio Management: Manage investment portfolios that align with the risk profiles of individual clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.

Investment Management: Contribute to the firm’s investment strategy through active participation in the internal investment debate & process.

Strategic Contribution: Play a key role in helping to shape and contribute to the strategic direction of the firm. Helping to evolve and implement the firm’s approach to achieve strategic goals.

Business Development Innovation: Identify new opportunities to drive business growth, leveraging creativity and industry knowledge to expand the firm’s market presence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

An experienced Investment Director with an established client base and growth-focused mentality for developing new business.

A driven professional who is excited about building and creating value within a firm and contributing to its growth.

Skilled in managing HNW/UHNW client relationships, with deep knowledge of investment strategies and multi-asset portfolio management.

An entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development, bringing a strong network in the industry and a passion for success and outperformance.
