The IT Systems Engineer will maintain and improve IT systems & infrastructure. Provide excellent support to Sulmara users and provide innovative solutions across all areas of the business.

Position
Description And Main Purpose Of Role
The IT Systems Engineer will maintain and improve IT systems & infrastructure. Provide excellent support to Sulmara users and provide innovative solutions across all areas of the business.
Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Development and improvement of Sulmara IT Systems and Infrastructure.
- Continued provision of IT Support to all Sulmara employees from 1st through to 3rd line.
- Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring where applicable.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Work closely with all other departments to positively contribute towards company morale and working relationships.
- Keep up to date with latest technology, methods, and tools to protect and improve Sulmara systems.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's procedures and policies.
- Adhere strictly to the Company's procedures and policies.
- Perform any other delegated duties or tasks as instructed by your Line Manager.
- Organisation, documentation, and prioritisation
- Microsoft 365/Azure management
- Microsoft Intune knowledge
- Basic Networking skills (DHCP, DNS, VLANs)
- SAN knowledge (QNAP, Synology)
- “Can-do” attitude and flexible working across 1st – 3rd line support
