Skill-JAVA Production Support/Deployment Experience Only

Mandatory Certification Any Industrial Certification

Responsibilities include

Communicating with the wider L3 function on daily standups around issues and their remediations

Working with GPA L1 and other L3 colleagues to triage investigate and resolve production issues

Resolve productions issues independently where possible

Report status on issues to management with part responsibility on reducing them over the longer term

Work with the development teams where required for more complex issues to fix production issues

Monitor and resolve any production blockages ie data pipeline flows

Work with the wider team to in sure runbooks are up to date and actionable

Understand ongoing work and its effects on the products and guide teams on ways to improve production stability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Independent working and able to manage their own time effectively

Responsibility and diligent in their work

Understanding on webapplications and data pipelines

Some domain knowledge of financial markets and data types

Some expertise in case management
