*this role is open to hybrid working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to UNiDAYS Nottingham campus at least one day per week.
The role in a nutshell
As Junior Procurement Officer, you’ll be a part of the Procurement and wider Finance team. The Procurement team is responsible for defining the procurement strategy and guaranteeing the best value for money with all spend as required by UNiDAYS. Your role is to work with the Procurement Manager to provide leadership and ensure an efficient, cost-effective and best practice procurement process across the business. You will build positive stakeholder relationships (both internal and external) and maintain accurate records in our systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updating information: Ensure that contracts are continuously updated and accurate in OneTrust. Update all necessary information for the procurement dashboard.Supplier management: Work with the Procurement Manager to monitor suppliers performance, ensure SLA and KPI’s are met, and drive continuous improvement.
