Reports to: Head of Customer Engagement - Focus Group

Location: UK Central (Hybrid Working from Birmingham, Manchester, MK Or Derby)
OTE: 1st year OTE £55k - £65k

Job Purpose:
The key accounts executive role is an integral part of the business, ensuring our most valued customers receive proactive account management scheduling set quarterly business reviews. The team are responsible for growing and maintaining relationships with their key accounts and are their day-to-day contact for all commercial queries.
