More About Your Role
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Caretaker/Maintenance Operative to take the next step in their career. You will be supporting an established caretaking team to ensure the safe running and maintenance of our two Preston offices (South Rings from Spring 2025, and currently Group Support, Centre Preston)
As lead caretaker you will be supporting with all FM services through the delivery of hard & soft facility operations, whilst maintain compliance and health and safety. You will assist our Engineer in any minor repairs that need carrying out across the offices and will be involved in electrical testing and reactive works.
We have an established caretaker team, it will be your role to support and guide this team, to allow them to continue to provide a top-class caretaking service.

More About You
You will have previous experience in a caretaking role and due to travel required will need to
hold a current valid driving licence. Past experience of maintenance works is preferred as well as a proficiency in IT.
