About the role
We have a new opportunity for a Lead Finance Analyst to join our Finance team on a full-time permanent basis, hybrid working based from our Oldham office.
As Lead Finance Analyst you will ensure that financial performance in Guinness Property is clearly measured and monitored. The optimisation of the data from the systems is the key to this role. You will be responsible for reviewing end-to-end processes and production of informative MI with drill down in line with key stakeholders’ current and future financial performance requirements.
Reporting into the Head of Finance you will deliver effective cost management and control processes. Ensure financial performance information is accurate and robust, through the continual review of systems, processes, and production of necessary reports.
