We are looking for a Lead Product Architect to drive architecture direction, design, and implementation for our product offerings. In this role, you will lead architecture coherence across multiple workstreams, ensuring integrated solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Guidance: Influence product and platform strategy, driving investment prioritization and roadmap development.

Creative Problem-Solving: Develop practical architecture artifacts that support our strategic goals and resolve complex technical challenges.

Technical Leadership: Ensure end-to-end integrity and quality of solutions, empowering teams and mentoring other architects.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and communicate architectural designs effectively to senior stakeholders (both internally & externally) in a consultative manner.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing architecture practices and drive initiatives that support business goals.

What You Bring:

Cloud Expertise: Proven experience designing cloud-first solutions on platforms such as Azure and/or GCP, with a focus on data engineering and seamless integrations.

Full Lifecycle Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.

AI & Machine Learning Skills: Ability to understand AI and machine learning (ML) solutions that meet compliance & regulatory requirements and optimize customer experiences.

Customer-Centric Mindset: Experience leveraging technology to enhance the customer journey, delivering personalized, omni-channel experiences with real-time insights.
