Role Description

The Lead Senior Care Practitioner role is located at Cotswold Chine School in Minchinhampton, near Stroud. Cotswold Chine School is an independent special school for children and young people aged 7-19 years with complex learning needs and associated social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.

As a Lead Senior Care Practitioner, you will be establishing key support relationships with the young people, offering care, guidance and support to help them reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for setting good practice standards and guiding less experienced staff.

Annual salary of £36,946 pa.

A fixed 2-week rota including 2 sleep-in overnight stays each week and 3/4 days off per week.

Requirements

• Level 3 Qualification in Residential Care and previous experience is desirable
• Keenness to learn and willingness to implement our model of approach and best practice models
• Kind, caring, adaptable and reliable
