NNL has an ambitious people plan that requires an innovative and inspiring talent development strategy to attract skills into nuclear for the future. This is an outstanding opportunity to co-ordinate the design and delivery of development interventions within NNL, in line with the business and HR strategy.
To support the future skills agenda in the nuclear sector, this role will focus on the creation of learning content and provision of advice and guidance for NNL colleagues. Using a forward-thinking approach to embed learning systems which strengthen a culture of continuous learning, to support the growth of a pipeline of talent to meet skills requirements and align to business strategy.
Working at all levels, you will be part of a passionate HR team making a real difference to the organisation’s future success and ensuring the realisation of its purpose – Nuclear Science to Benefit Society.
The breadth and depth of knowledge within our organisation is varied and must be considered when designing and developing learning solutions.
