Salary: Up to £45,000 depending upon experience
Location: New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, GL12 8JR (Global HQ)
Hybrid working: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home (4.5 day working week, half day Fridays)
This is an exciting time to join the Learning and Development team at Renishaw as we create and develop new learning offerings for our managers and employees across the organisation.
To help us on this journey we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist Trainer to join our team at our Global HQ. Working in the Learning and Development function that sits under the HR department, you’ll be delivering, as part of a broader team, consistent high-quality learning and development interventions around soft skills and personal development. You’ll also get involved in the provision and facilitation of leadership and management development solutions for future and current leaders, managers and supervisors, which will involve providing guidance, advice, and application on and for a range of learning interventions.

As a Learning & Development Specialist Trainer you'll have existing experience in confidently delivering a wide variety of learning and development, interventions and programmes that bring about a positive and practical outcome across the business. You'll be emotionally intelligent, with people skills and the ability to nurture relationships. You'll have a delivery focused attitude with the ability to drive tasks forward and meet demanding deadlines, being part of a team with a willingness to understand alternative perspectives. Your ability to inspire and challenge within teams will allow you to balance priorities and work effectively in a variety of corporate cultures. And finally, you'll be comfortable working effectively with a variety of different stakeholders, with the ability to build informative and trusted relationships quickly and confidently in either remote, virtual or classroom environments.
