We have a great opportunity for a Learning & Development Coordinator/Assistant to join our team in the Heathrow office (Staines-upon-Thames).

This is an opportunity to support the L&D Manager and Advisor in the administration of the Menzies Academy and Trainee Academy (professional qualification and soft skills modules), as well as ad hoc training related projects.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Administer programmes for Menzies Academy and trainee Academy Firm-wide.

✅ Respond to email inboxes (personal, Trainee Academy and Menzies Academy - shared responsibility) in a timely manner, e.g. ensure that all external training requests are responded to and booked.

✅ Trainee professional qualification pathway planning in liaison with Training Managers.

✅ Apprentice Onboarding administration,

✅ Liaising with training providers, e.g. BPP & Kaplan to book courses.

✅ Helping Training Managers and HR Managers to monitor trainee performance.

✅ Processing invoices, expenses and other internal administration related to Menzies and Trainee Academies.

✅ Provide day to day management and maintenance of our Learning Management System (Kallidus & Articulate).

✅ Perform accurate data entry to maintain records in electronic systems & databases, e.g. Bob.

✅ Assign e-learning and manage attendance reports.

✅ Update and manage Menzies Academy learning calendar.

✅ Coordinate learning events as required.

✅ Liaise with course providers and facilitators pre and post events.

✅ Support the L&D Manager/Advisor with various projects & initiatives

✅ Provide administrative or project support to the HRD and other Managers, as seconded.

What We’re Looking For

Do you have a passion for L&D? Organising events?

We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator/Assistant with strong administrative skills to join our team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is essential, along with excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ). The ideal candidate will be highly organised, capable of multitasking, and skilled in data handling and analysis. A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering quality results is key, as well as the ability to build collaborative relationships and maintain professionalism.

Experience in a fast-paced administrative environment is required, with prior exposure to Learning & Development, apprenticeships, or learning technologies being a bonus. This role involves periodic travel to other Menzies offices for meetings and stakeholder engagement, so flexibility is important.
